Colorado Avalanche forward Ryan O'Reilly topped San Jose's Patrick Marleau and New York's Martin St.Louis to claim the Lady Byng Trophy presented "to the player adjudged to have exhibited the best type of sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability."
O'Reilly, who notched 28 goals and 64 points in 80 games, was only assessed one minor penalty all season (for playing the puck with a broken stick).
