Blues' Jake Allen: Gets job done in Game 2

Allen turned away 22 of 24 shots Friday, en route to a Game 2 win over the Predators at home.

Analysis:

Allen and the Blues were down 2-1 in the third period before Jori Lehtera and Vladimir Tarasenko scored a pair of goals for the Notes in succession to end the game. The final score being so close comes as a bit of a surprise, as Nashville allowed St. Louis to go on the man advantage five times. It's always recommended to check for official confirmations, but we see no reason why Allen won't be back for more in Game 3 on the road Sunday.
