Devils' Ben Thomson: Reassigned to AHL

Thomson was demoted to AHL Albany on Monday.

Analysis:

Thomson was recalled for the last few games of the Devils' season, but didn't do much over three contests. He will now head back to AHL Albany, where he's collected nine points over 69 games this season, to finish out the AHL club's campaign. The 24-year-old enters the offseason as a restricted free agent, so there's no guarantee he remains with the club next season.
