Devils' Cory Schneider: Ends season on low note

Schneider allowed four goals on 35 shots in a 4-1 loss to Detroit on Sunday.

Analysis:

The normally solid netminder was an absolute disaster to close out the season, allowing an excessive 20 goals over his last five games -- all of which amounted to losses. Schneider's 20 wins in 60 appearances aren't entirely shocking considering the lackluster Devils squad in front of him, but his 2.82 GAA and .908 save percentage were by far the worst marks since becoming a full-time NHL netminder. That said, owners in keeper leagues may have a tough decision on their hands heading into next season.
