Coyotes' Shane Doan: Sidelined for Tuesday's game

Doan will not play in Tuesday's game against the Stars due to a lower-body injury.

Analysis:

Doan is limping to the finish line in what might be his final NHL season. He was able to return last Friday against the Capitals, but apparently he either aggravated his previous injury, suffered a new ailment, or experienced enough soreness to put him back on the shelf. He has two more chances to return to game action before the curtain closes on the 2016-17 season.
