Jets' Patrik Laine: Returning Tuesday

Laine (illness) will be in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup with New Jersey, Mike Morreale of NHL.com reports.

Analysis:

The rookie sensation missed Winnipeg's 2-1 victory over the Canucks on Sunday, and he'll be looking to inject some offense into a team clinging on to its playoff life. Despite tallying just two goals and one assist in his last nine games, Laine still owns an impressive stat line of 34 goals and 61 points through 67 games for the season. In his return, Laine will be skating on the Jets' second line and first power-play unit.
