Penguins' Trevor Daley: Recovery on schedule

Daley (knee) participated in a portion of Sunday's game-day skate, though he won't play against the Flyers.

Analysis:

Coach Mike Sullivan singled out Daley's progress, saying the defender didn't skate "for the whole time but for an allotted period of time by design." He was expected to miss six weeks after undergoing knee surgery Feb. 23 and appears to be on target within that timeframe. Daley has scored 19 points in 54 games after posting 22 points in 56 last year with Pittsburgh.
