Oilers' Laurent Brossoit: Six stops in relief win

Brossoit stopped all six shots he faced to beat the Avalanche in relief of Cam Talbot on Thursday.

Analysis:

Brossoit came in for the third period with his team trailing 4-2, but ended up victorious five unanswered goals later. Talbot has been pulled in consecutive contests, and given that he's the NHL leader in ice time, he could be feeling some fatigue. Don't be surprised if Brossoit gets his number called a few more times down the stretch so Talbot can rest up for the postseason.
