Jets' Mathieu Perreault: Continues offensive surge

Perreault potted a power-play goal to go with an assist in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Flyers.

Analysis:

Perreault scored the first of three consecutive goals for his team, which had fallen behind 1-0 early. The winger has stepped up his production tremendously since being elevated to a top-six role on Feb. 16. Perreault managed just 17 points in his first 42 appearances, but he has 16 points in 14 games since that move.
