Jets' Paul Postma: Will not play Tuesday

Postma (lower body) will be out of the lineup for Tuesday's clash with the Flyers, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.

Analysis:

Postma, who sat out Sunday's contest, has been a staple in the Jets' lineup all year long, as he has missed just seven outings this year. Although consistency is certainly important, the defenseman still averages only 10:51 of ice time and has tallied just one goal and 13 helpers. Unless he can secure more minutes and increase his offensive contributions, the 28-year-old will remain a low-end fantasy option.
