Panthers' Jonathan Huberdeau: Impressive in shootout win

Huberdeau registered a goal and an assist Friday, helping his team to a 4-3 shootout win on the road.

Analysis:

This was Huberdeau's 16th point -- and his third multi-point effort -- in 19 games. His 2016-17 campaign didn't get underway until Feb. 3 due to an Achilles injury that he sustained in training camp. There's a lot to like about the fifth-year winger, including his slotting in on the top line and first power-play unit. He was Florida's third overall draft selection (2011), so the expectations are lofty to say the least.
