Ducks' Jonathan Bernier: Vying to dull Sabres on Friday

Bernier will receive the starting nod for Friday's game against the Sabres, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.

Analysis:

Bernier has been marvelous in the month of March thus far, showing a 1.66 GAA and .947 save percentage on his way to a 5-1-0 record. In an equally impressive feat, the Quebec native has not allowed more than three goals in a game since Jan. 21, a span of 12 games. He'll look to keep up the momentum against a Buffalo squad that is averaging 2.75 goals per game in March.
