Sabres' Robin Lehner: Loses fourth start in five games

Lehner was brilliant, making 34 saves Thursday against the Kings, but the Sabres failed to provide any goal support and suffered a 2-0 loss.

Analysis:

Despite losing two of his past three games, Lehner's actually been very good in all of them, including a comeback win against Columbus and allowing six goals on 77 shots for a .922 save percentage against the Sharks and Kings. Lehner is posting a save percentage above .920 for the second straight season, but wins have been hard to come by. His peripheral numbers have generally been good, but the lack of goal support and consistency is costing him wins.
