Coyotes' Shane Doan: Leaves game Thursday

Doan left Thursday's tilt with a lower-body injury and won't return, Sarah McLellan of AZ Central Sports reports.

Analysis:

The veteran picked up an assist before leaving, but he's been having a down year offensively, netting only 25 points in 70 games. The long-time Coyote hasn't missed a game yet this season, so if he ends up missing time, it would create a void that Arizona fans aren't used to seeing.
