Wild's Devan Dubnyk: Allows two in road loss to 'Canes

Dubnyk gave up two goals on 23 shots in Thursday's 3-1 loss at Carolina.

Analysis:

These last three games have not been pleasant ones for Dubnyk: a yanking after two goals on two shots, a four-goal loss, and now a loss he can pin on his offense after he was outdueled by Eddie Lack, of all people. So impressive throughout the first half, Dubnyk has quietly been a pretty mediocre goalie since the All-Star break. You certainly can't take his early-season results away from him, but this fall-off is hurting his Vezina Trophy chances.
