Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Draws Thursday start

Hellebuyck will tend the twine for Thursday's tilt with the Islanders, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.

Analysis:

The former UMass-Lowell product will be making an astounding 15th consecutive start when he takes to the ice Thursday. In the first 14 games of this stretch, Hellebuyck has not produced at the level of a No. 1 goaltender, going 5-5-3 with a 3.00 GAA and .904 save percentage. If this wasn't reason enough to stay away from utilizing Hellebuyck in fantasy settings, he's allowed a whopping 13 goals in his last three outings while stopping less than 85 percent of the shots he's faced.
