Kings' Jonathan Quick: Falls to Blues

Quick allowed two goals on 25 shots in a 3-1 loss to the visiting Blues on Monday. The third was an empty-netter.

Analysis:

The loss snaps a three-game winning streak for the American netminder, who has now given up three goals in each of his last four outings. Since returning from a season-long groin injury, Quick has been pretty much his usual self, posting a 2.29 GAA and .916 save percentage over six games, and the Kings will need much of the same to have any chance of clawing their way back into the playoff picture in the last month of the season.
