Senators' Bobby Ryan: Could return this week

Ryan (finger) could rejoin the lineup at some point this week, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.

Analysis:

Ryan sits on the early end of his 4-to-6 week timetable, but his eventual return will provide the club with some additional firepower. It sounds as though he's not considered an option for Tuesday's contest, but there may be a chance for him to return either Thursday or during one of the two games against the Canadiens this weekend.
