Devils' Cory Schneider: Lifted early in second period

Schneider allowed four goals on 10 shots in Saturday's game against the Coyotes and he was lifted with 15:47 left in the second period.

Analysis:

Keith Kinkaid was summoned from the bench to finish up in the desert. It was a disastrous game for Schneider, who hasn't tasted victory since Feb. 18, a span of eight starts. His winless drought in the previous seven outings was mostly due to a lack of offensive support, but this one was certainly on him.
