Canucks' Ryan Miller: Between pipes Tuesday

Miller will be the starting goalie for Tuesday night's home game against the Canadiens.

Analysis:

Miller has been the victim of a leaky defense that has been struggling with injuries over the last few games, but all the same, he's allowed at least three goals in each of the last five contests. If the trend continues, the 36-year-old will need to rely on his offense to bail him out, which could be a questionable tactic, considering four regular forwards are missing from the Canucks' lineup right now. However, he could still put up a decent performance against a Montreal squad that ranks 18th in the league with 2.48 goals per game on the road.
