Hurricanes' Eddie Lack: Might be moved during offseason

The Hurricanes might try to move Lack during the offseason, Mike Johnston of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Analysis:

Head coach Bill Peters lit into Lack after Wednesday's overtime loss. While the goalie, head coach and GM Ron Francis hashed it out, Lack might still be moved in the offseason. He reportedly doesn't fit the style the Hurricanes like their goalies to play, and he is a bit of a laid-back guy while Peters is very serious. It's not a good mix. Toss in the fact Lack has a $2.75 million salary cap hit with one more year left on his deal and it might mean he is spending his final days as a member of the 'Redvolution'.
