Predators' Pekka Rinne: Receives starting nod Thursday

Rinne will be the starting netminder for Thursday's tilt in Montreal, Adam Vingan of The Tennessean reports.

Analysis:

Despite going 4-1-0 in his last seven games, Rinne has been absolutely atrocious of late. Over that span, his stat line reads a 4.23 GAA and .851 save percentage, as he's allowed four goals in five of those seven games. The Habs have averaged just two goals per game in their six contests with Claude Julien behind the bench, but it may be wise to stay away from Rinne until he gets back on track.
