Predators' Juuse Saros: Gets the start Saturday

Saros led the Predators out to the ice Saturday and will start against the Capitals, Adam Vingan of The Tennessean reports.

Analysis:

Nashville has back-to-back home games, giving Saros the chance to start against Washington. The Finnish goaltender has struggled in his past five appearances, yielding an .887 save percentage and an atrocious 3.96 GAA. The matchup Saturday isn't favorable, either. The Capitals have the second-best scoring offense in the NHL, and the fifth-ranked power play. Saros is a high-risk option for the time being, but still projects well long term.
