Sabres' William Carrier: Still not practicing

Carrier (knee) is still not ready to practice, indicating that he won't suit up for Saturday's away game against the Avalanche, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

Analysis:

Carrier's timeline for return remains murky and he won't be able to get back into the lineup until he can log at least a full-contact practice or two. Either way, the rookie winger is averaging just 8:58 of ice time per night and was riding a five-game point-less streak going before getting injured, so he should be considered a non-factor in the majority of fantasy formats.
