Blue Jackets' Anton Forsberg: Reunites with AHL's Monsters

Forsberg was reassigned to AHL Cleveland on Friday, Aaron Portzline of The Columbus Dispatch reports.

Analysis:

Despite a fair amount of call-ups, Forsberg has only appeared in one game at hockey's highest level this campaign. The Swede seems to be on a development track parallel to that of fellow prospect Joonas Korpisalo, but the Blue Jackets have starting backstop Sergei Bobrovsky under contract and with a no-move clause through 2018-19 -- with Bob healthy and playing so well (31-13-3, 2.25 GAA, .925 save percentage), it gives this team the luxury of easing its secondary goalies into the system.
