Jets' Brandon Tanev: Reassigned to minors

Tanev was sent down to AHL Manitoba on Wednesday.

The move to send Tanev back to the minors is likely designed to get him some additional playing time while the Jets are on their bye week. Whether the 25-year-old gets called back up probably depends on the status of injured wingers Andrew Copp (upper body) and Drew Stafford (illness).
