Ducks' Corey Tropp: Reassigned to minors

Tropp was sent back to the AHL's San Diego Gulls on Tuesday.

Analysis:

The 27-year-old forward made one NHL appearance in Arizona on Monday, recording 9:28 of ice time and two hits. He leads the Gulls with 12 goals and 25 assists over 42 games, but he's a bit old for that to translate into prospect status. Jarod Boll will likely replace Tropp in the Ducks' bottom six.
