Rattie was claimed by the Blues on Sunday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Analysis:

The winger is no stranger to the waiver wire, as he got claimed by the Hurricanes from St. Louis earlier this season. He hasn't scored much this year, with two assists in nine games, but last year in the AHL he had 46 points in 62 contests.
