Predators' Pekka Rinne: Defending the crease Saturday
Rinne will be stopping the pucks for the Predators as they travel to Minnesota on Saturday, Jessi Pierce reports.
Analysis:
The Finnish goaltender has struggled in four February games, going 2-1 with an .888 save percentage. Rinne hasn't started a game on the road since Jan. 31 in Pittsburgh, and Minnesota isn't necessarily the most favorable of match-ups. The Wild have been hot for what seems like forever, and they're averaging 3.3 goals per game, which is good for fourth best in the NHL. Rinne will likely face a considerable amount of shots Saturday, but the way he's been playing lately is reason enough to give another goalie your blessing.
