Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Finishes big game with OT winner against Jets
Crosby picked up two assists and scored the game-winning goal late in overtime Thursday against the Jets.
Analysis:
Yep, Crosby's still doing Crosby stuff. The first assist was his 1,000th NHL point (in only 757 games), but he wasn't finished yet. He uncharacteristically missed the scoresheet twice in a row late last week -- the first time that's happened all year -- but he's recorded four points in two games since. The longtime superstar looks set to battle Connor McDavid for the NHL points lead for the remainder of the year; McDavid has him by two (66 to 64) right now, but Crosby's pacing the league in goals with 31.
