Islanders' Jean-Francois Berube: Will start Saturday

Berube will be tending twine in Saturday's game against Los Angeles, Arthur Staples of Newsday reports.

Analysis:

This will be his first start since Dec. 18, so it's tough to predict exactly what his next performance will be like. He has a .904 save percentage and 3.14 GAA through five starts this year, so he's been far from stellar in limited action. The Kings are in the top 10 in the NHL with 30.3 shots per game, meaning Berube figures to see an abundance of rubber in his return.
