Hurricanes' Justin Faulk: Could return for road trip

Faulk (lower body) has a chance of returning during the Hurricanes' upcoming two-game road trip, per coach Bill Peters.

He's missed three games so far and will make it four when he sits out Tuesday's game against New Jersey. The 'Canes and fantasy owners alike will be thrilled if Faulk can indeed get back Thursday, as the 24-year-old blueliner had been a serious scoring threat since recovering from a lengthy slump. After recording just seven points in his first 22 contests, he notched nine points in an eight-game span before going down with this injury.
