Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Production continues against Bruins

Crosby tallied an assist Wednesday against Boston, extending his league-leading point streak to nine games.

Analysis:

Not surprisingly, he lost 21 of 30 draws to long-time nemesis Patrice Bergeron and the Bruins. Crosby has seven goals and 14 points over his latest nine-game stretch. He took a pair of high hits to the facial/neck area on back-to-back shifts Wednesday, keeping with his recent tradition of shaking off potential injuries. With seven power-play goals in 24 games, Crosby is on track to best his single-season high of 16 power-play markers, set way back in his rookie campaign.
