Panthers' Denis Malgin: Out for rest Saturday
Malgin will be a healthy scratch Saturday, when the Panthers play host to the Canucks, Jameson Olive of FOX Sports Florida reports.
Analysis:
Olive adds that Malgin -- a rookie averaging 1:23 of ice time on the power play -- is merely getting some rest. Shawn Thornton presumably will be the fill-in as he is the only other healthy forward on the active roster.
