Predators' Pekka Rinne: Yanked in loss
Rinne allowed four goals on 18 shots before being pulled in a 5-2 loss to the Stars on Thursday.
Analysis:
The Finnish netminder was blown up for four tallies -- all of which came at even strength -- before the six-minute mark of the second, so it wasn't surprising that he got the ol' heave-ho in favor of backup Marek Mazanec. Despite a rough start to the season, Rinne had emerged the victor in five of his last six outings prior to Thursday's debacle and owns a .922 save percentage and 2.38 GAA -- numbers that are right in line with his career marks of .918 and 2.37 -- so owners should feel comfortable continuing to plug him into their fantasy creases.
