Bruins' Anton Khudobin: Loses ugly against Avs

Khudobin gave up four goals on just 22 shots in Thursday's home loss to the Avalanche.

Analysis:

The Boston faithful showed up to see a team that's in playoff position mostly thanks to the outstanding play of No. 1 netminder Tuukka Rask, and instead they got to watch Khudobin lose for the fourth time in his five starts this year. Once upon a time, he was a promising late bloomer, but at 30 years old, Khudobin is now a below-average veteran backup.
