Rangers' Michael Grabner: Will play Thursday

Grabner (personal) will return to the lineup for Thursday's matchup with Winnipeg, CBS New York's Sean Hartnett reports.

Analysis:

Grabner has been a pleasant surprise for the Rangers and fantasy owners alike in 2016-17. The veteran winger leads his team with a whopping 13 goals in 26 games -- a huge change of pace from his nine goals in 80 games with Toronto last year. If Jimmy Vesey (upper body) is unable to play Thursday, Grabner will likely get an opportunity to slot into a top-six role against the Jets.
