Canadiens' Phillip Danault: Misses skate due to illness

Danault has come down with an illness that kept him off the ice for morning skate Wednesday, Dan Robertson of TSN 690 reports.

The question is whether Danault will be healthy enough to suit up for the evening's contest against the Devils. Traded to the Habs last February, the Quebec native has been a relatively efficient scorer -- five goals and four assists in 26 games -- despite limited ice time (12:49 per contest). Those who own him in deep fantasy formats have to hope the team reevaluates him soon and leaves them enough time to adjust lineups accordingly.
