Wild's Mathew Dumba: Removed from power play

Dumba had just one shot on goal in 18:19 of ice time in Wednesday's win over Toronto. He didn't play on the man advantage, as he was replaced by Jason Pominville on the second power-play unit, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Analysis:

The Wild's power play is in an 0-for-9 slump, so Dumba may be left out of their special-teams mix for a while. Dumba's big shot on the power play is a key to his upside, so this hurts his fantasy value. Many expected a breakout season from the 22-year-old, but with two goals and six helpers through 25 games, he's on on pace to roughly equal last season's unimpressive 26-point output.
