Senators' Bobby Ryan: Taken off injured reserve

Ryan (hand) is available to slot back into the lineup after being activated off injured reserve Wednesday, Gord Wilson of TSN 1200 reports.

Analysis:

Whether Ryan suits up against the Sharks on Wednesday will be up to coach Guy Boucher. Prior to getting hurt, the winger was stuck in a 13-game goal drought during which he garnered three helpers and four PIM. Buddy Robinson is probably the leading candidate to get bumped from the depth chart if Ryan gets into the lineup.
