Sharks' Logan Couture: Undergoes procedure, questionable Wednesday

Couture had a screw removed from his surgically repaired ankle and is questionable to play in Wednesday night's game against the Senators, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.

Analysis:

The procedure to remove the screw is considered very minor; it'll likely keep Couture out for only one game, if at all. The 27-year-old pivot has taken a healthy 79 shots in 25 games this season, but we're still waiting for his point production to rise back to its old level -- with 16 in 25 games, he's only on pace for about 50 points, which would be a disappointment from such a talented player.
