Howard hasn't been available for the past five games due to his groin ailment, and Petr Mrazek has been able to reverse his early-season struggles with a 3-0-2 record, 2.21 GAA and .921 save mark in that span. That's been a huge lift for the Wings in the absence of Howard, who has five wins with a shiny 1.82 GAA over 12 games.
