Panthers' Keith Yandle: Ruled out Tuesday

Yandle (lower body) will not play in Tuesday's game against the Flyers, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

Yandle owned one of the lengthiest games-played streaks in NHL history at 577 entering Tuesday's action, but it appears that will finally come to an end. The veteran defenseman continues to be a fantasy option along the blue line late in his career, notching 12 points (one goal, 11 assists) through 26 contests this season while seeing a spike in minutes compared to last year with the Rangers. Dylan McIlrath should draw into the lineup in his place Tuesday, but he doesn't present much upside from a fantasy perspective. Yandle's next opportunity to start a new streak comes Thursday against the Penguins.
