Coyotes' Mike Smith: Beaten four times in loss to Kings

Smith stopped only 29 of 33 shots directed on him by the Kings in Thursday's 4-3 loss.

Analysis:

Usually, when the opposition pulls its goalie after one period, you're in a good place, but not this time -- Los Angeles backup Jeff Zatkoff was great in relief of Peter Budaj, while Smith blew the game with two goals late in the third period. The 34-year-old still has strong ratios over his nine outings this year, but they might take another hit when the Jackets' red-hot offense comes to town Saturday.
