Penguins' Patric Hornqvist: Power play weapon poised to return

Hornqvist (concussion) will be a game-time decision based upon how he feels Wednesday after participating in Tuesday's full-contact practice. "He had a real good practice today," coach Mike Sullivan said, per the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "He feels strong. Barring any setbacks, we're hoping he'll be in the lineup."

Analysis:

Sullivan will likely know for sure whether the feisty forward will play against the Islanders after Wednesday's morning skate. "We will see tomorrow," a grinning Hornqvist said Tuesday. Pittsburgh is just 2-for-20 on the man advantage since Hornqvist -- who ranks second on the team with four power-play goals -- got hurt.
