Capitals' Lars Eller: Won't play Sunday

Eller (upper body) will not be available for Sunday's game against the Blue Jackets, Tarik El-Bashir of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.

Analysis:

Eller was one of two Caps players to leave Friday's contest with injury. While Andre Burakovsky (upper body) is ready to go for Sunday's contest, Eller appears to require more time. Paul Carey seems the likely candidate to draw into the lineup as the 12th forward, though the team has yet to reveal the lines for the mid-day game. Eller's position as a bottom-six forward leaves his value low in fantasy, so his health status likely has very little impact in fantasy leagues. Regardless, the team should update his status when he's healthy and ready to rock.
