Penguins' Chris Kunitz: Cleared to play Friday

Kunitz (lower body) is in the lineup for Friday night's road matchup with the Islanders.

Analysis:

Kunitz remains on the second line with Evgeni Malkin and Bryan Rust and will look to keep up his consistent offensive production against an Islanders squad that is allowing 3.06 goals per game, the seventh worst mark in the league. He will also retain his place on the first power-play line, where he will look to notch his first PP points of the season.
