Capitals' Philipp Grubauer: Gets the start Tuesday

Grubauer will be between the pipes Tuesday against the Blue Jackets, Isabelle Khurshudyan of The Washington Post reports.

Analysis:

This will be the German netminder's second straight start, as Washington will turn to Braden Holtby for another divisional showdown against the Penguins on Wednesday. The fourth-round pick from the 2010 NHL Draft was hung out to dry in his previous outing -- a 5-1 loss to the Hurricanes on Saturday -- but he has a 2.00 GAA and .925 save percentage, so he's worth a spot start in standard leagues, with the caveat that he faces a Blue Jackets squad that's flashed an impressive power-play attack in recent weeks.
