Capitals' Braden Holtby: No offensive support in shutout loss

Holtby gave up two goals on 22 shots during Tuesday's 3-0 loss to the Sharks.

Analysis:

Holtby came into Tuesday riding a hot streak, winning his past four outings and giving up three or less goals in the process. Unfortunately, the Caps couldn't support the netminder against the powerful Sharks offense. The 27-year-old has still been excellent this year, sporting a 6-3-1 record and .919 save percentage.
