Analysis:

That makes three straight wins and seven in 10 starts overall this season for the 12th-year Rangers netminder. Lundqvist is in the enviable position of playing behind the league's best offense (at least to this point), something he's never been able to boast in his previous 11 seasons. He still needs to bring his less-than-elite .914 save percentage up a few ticks to conform with his typical stat production, but there's every reason to think he's capable of doing that.
